Mr. Feinschreiber focuses on DISC program strategies and techniques, including DISC audit defense, and on transfer pricing. Known as the DISC creator among his clients, his DISC clients are located in cities throughout the United States. Robert was a developer of the DISC program in 1969, developed export pricing alternative strategies, facilitated the DISC export techniques as part of the Export Trade Act of 1970, and participated in the 1971 Tax Reform Act, leading to the enactment of the DISC provisions. The U.S. Tax Court, Business Week, and Forbes recognize Feinschreiber’s DISC expertise. Robert’s practice includes FSCs, the allocation of deductions, the section 199 production incentive, and penalty elimination.
